You will be joining the Customer Success team – where we are dedicated to implement our QHSE software for our customers and we want to ensure that they can experience the maximum added value of the software.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Key Responsibilities

When you join us, you will implement our QHSE software for our customers. You coordinate the full implementation from kick-off to Go-Live. During the implementation you will organize workshops and Q&A sessions with the customer in which the software is demonstrated in detail and configured according to the customer's needs and expectations.
You are the first point of contact for various customers who are in the implementation phase. You follow up with customers closely and proactively and ensure that they see the added value of our software.

· In addition, customers can also call on the substantive support of a QHSE Field Expert. We provide assistance and advice during the implementation process based on our QHSE background. For example, we share best practices for optimising the software configuration. This can range from providing advice on the design of risk analyses to guidance on an ISO and/or VCA management system.
You may occasionally be called upon to participate in sales meetings, in which case you will assume the role of Sales Engineer. A commercial mindset is also an advantage in ongoing implementation projects, as it opens up potential upsell opportunities, ensuring that the customer is offered the optimal package according to their needs and expectations.

ABOUT YOU

You have an affinity with IT and software implementations. You have a healthy interest in QHSE work areas. Some experience or affinity with QHSE is a big plus. You see the advantages of digitalisation and software for more efficient administration in the field of QHSE.

· You are passionate about configuring solutions and delivering high-quality projects, driving customer success, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

· You can work independently but do have a hands-on and team player mentality.

· Strong time management and organisational skills are essential.

· A commercial spirit and thrive is a BIG plus.

· You are open and communicative and can build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· You are fluent in Dutch and English, but also French and German is a big plus!

· You love to go the extra mile to delight your customers and deliver results.
