Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Remote or hybrid (within CET ±2 hours)
Regions: BeNeLux, France & APAC
Reports to: BDR Manager Global
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Business Development team at Bizzmine. In this contributor role, you’ll focus on executing outbound and inbound follow-up activities, qualifying prospects, and creating high-quality opportunities for our sales team across multiple international regions.
You’ll work closely with the BDR Manager, Marketing, Campaign, and Sales teams to convert demand into qualified meetings and help accelerate pipeline growth in the BeNeLux, France & APAC.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on prospecting, structured outreach, and building strong first-touch relationships with potential customers.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Lead Qualification & Prospecting:
Research, identify, and qualify inbound and outbound leads to uncover new business opportunities. -
Outbound Outreach:
Execute targeted outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers and book discovery calls for Sales. -
Pipeline Support:
Contribute directly to pipeline creation by generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and supporting opportunity progression. -
Multi-Regional Engagement:
Engage prospects across the Nordics, Ireland, UK, and SEA, adapting outreach to different markets, cultures, and buyer personas. -
Collaboration & Handover:
Work closely with the BDR Manager and Sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities. -
CRM & Data Hygiene:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM, ensuring clean activity tracking and lead status updates. -
Feedback & Market Insights:
Share insights from prospect conversations with Marketing and Campaign teams to improve messaging, targeting, and campaigns.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.

Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and booking meetings for Sales.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Languages: Fluent English & Dutch (required) German, or French are a strong plus

Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

A structured, proactive working style with attention to detail.

Curiosity and resilience, with a genuine interest in understanding customer challenges.

Comfortable working in an international, multi-regional environment. You have strong analytical skills and enjoy solving functional or technical questions.
