You will be joining the Customer Success team – where we are dedicated to implement our software for our customers and we want to ensure that they can experience the maximum added value of the software.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with assigned accounts through regular check-ins, business reviews, and proactive outreach. You will be the main point of contact for the customer, building and maintaining long term relationships overseeing and ensuring success.

  • Organize customer events: You organize customer days, where customers can learn from each other, discover new product features, etc.

  • Success Planning: Collaborate with customers to develop and implement success plans that align with their business goals. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure achievement of objectives.

  • Adoption & Usage Monitoring: Analyze customer usage patterns and proactively identify areas for improvement or increased usage of our solutions. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer value.

  • Feedback & Advocacy: Gather customer feedback and communicate it back to internal teams (Product, Professional Services, …). Advocate for customers’ needs within the organization to ensure their voice is heard.

  • Collaborate with our Professional Services team: You will be involved from the kick-off meeting onwards, so that you don't just take over the CS work once the customer goes live.

  • Problem Resolution: Address customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, coordinating with technical support and product teams as needed to resolve problems.

  • Internal Improvement: You take responsibility for improving the functioning of our Customer Success department and propose optimizations, given that this is a relatively new role within our department.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, health scores and usage metrics. Utilize analytics to drive conversations about value realization and future opportunities.

ABOUT YOU
  • You have experience in Customer Success, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • You can work independently but do have a hands-on and team player mentality

  •  A commercial spirit and thrive is a plus.

  • You are open and communicative and can build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You are willing to visit our customers in Belgium & The Netherlands, but also internationally (occasionally)

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, if you have French, Italian or German this would be awesome … but let’s not be greedy!

  •  You love to go the extra mile to delight your customers and deliver results.
