We are the market leading QHSE SaaS solution in the market, with over 1000 clients worldwide and growing fast. To support our continued growth and ensure an excellent customer experience, we are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to strengthen our Customer Success team, with a specific focus on our Bizzmine VARIO product, but later also in the Bizzmine product itself.

You will play a key role in supporting our customers on a daily basis and ensuring they get the maximum value out of Bizzmine VARIO.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Customer Support Engineer, you are the first point of contact for customers using Bizzmine VARIO.
  • You handle incoming support requests via our ticketing system in Hubspot and/or phone.

  • You analyze reported issues and questions, and provide clear, structured and customer-friendly solutions.

  •  You guide customers in the correct use of the VARIO product and its functionalities.

  • You identify recurring questions or issues and proactively suggest improvements.

  • You collaborate closely with Business Consultants, Product Managers and Development to resolve more complex cases.

  •  You document solutions and contribute to knowledge bases and user documentation.

  • You help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at all times.

ABOUT YOU
You are customer-oriented, solution-driven and enjoy helping people.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy solving functional or technical questions.

  • You can work independently, but you are also a true team player.

  • You are structured, stress-resistant and able to manage multiple requests at the same time.

  •  You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

  •  Experience within a support role is a plus.

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of French and/or German is a big plus.

  •  You are eager to learn and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment.
