ABOUT THE ROLE
At Bizzmine, we believe marketing creates the most impact when it is close to the market and tightly aligned with Sales. We are looking for a Global Field Marketing Manager who will translate global marketing strategy into localised, account-focused execution across our priority regions.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, BDRs, and the broader Marketing team to ensure that campaigns, events, webinars, and ABM initiatives directly contribute to new business pipeline and sustainable growth. You combine strategic ownership with hands-on execution and thrive in an international, fast-evolving environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the global field marketing strategy, aligned with Bizzmine’s growth objectives and regional sales priorities.
- Drive regional and ABM-driven pipeline growth through localized campaigns, events, webinars, and account-based initiatives.
- Translate global campaigns into region-specific field marketing plans, adapting messaging and tactics to local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Act as the primary marketing partner for regional Sales teams, supporting account strategies and pipeline acceleration.
- Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for named accounts and strategic segments in close collaboration with Sales and BDRs.
- Bring insights from the field back into the business to continuously improve campaigns, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Define KPIs and ensure all field marketing activities deliver measurable ROI and pipeline impact.
Operational / Hands-On Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver regional events, trade shows, and webinars, from concept through execution and on-site support.
- Support ABM field plays, including targeted events, executive sessions, and account-focused webinars.
- Ensure lead capture, routing, and follow-up in close collaboration with BDRs and Sales teams.
- Manage regional budgets and optimize spending against pipeline and conversion targets.
- Track and report performance across key KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and event ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Campaign & Customer Marketing, Growth & Performance, Digital & Content, and BDR teams to ensure alignment and strong feedback loops.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 4–7+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or a technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue impact through regional marketing initiatives.
- Strong collaboration experience with Sales teams and account-based approaches.
- Hands-on experience with events, webinars, ABM execution, and campaign localization.
- Analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and measuring ROI.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international context.
- Fluent English: additional languages are a plus.
