Your mission 

We created a Head of Revenue Operations & Enablement function where you will lead Bizzmine’s revenue “engine”. You are aligning strategy, process, people, and tools while also taking direct ownership of our sales enablement efforts. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the Executive team to ensure operational excellence, pipeline discipline, and a high-performing sales force.

You will be responsible for enabling scalable revenue growth through process optimisation, data-driven insights, and sales asset creation. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will architect the systems, processes, and materials that make our commercial team more effective and confident in closing deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Enablement & Asset Development

· Build and operationalise a world-class Revenue Operations function with a disciplined operating cadence.

· Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute GTM strategies that maximize revenue and efficiency.

· Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams around shared goals and performance indicators.

· Identify revenue opportunities via analysis and convert insights into measurable initiatives.

Revenue Strategy & Operations


· Own the creation, distribution, and continuous improvement of sales content and assets (sales / pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, etc.).

· Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with buyer journeys.

· Design and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs for sales and GTM teams.

· Provide tools and guidance that increase sales team productivity and effectiveness at every stage of the sales cycle.

Process Optimisation

· Design, document, and refine scalable workflows across the full customer lifecycle from lead generation to post-sale expansion.

· Remove bottlenecks and standardise playbooks to ensure repeatable success across regions and segments.

Technology and Data

· Recommend and evolve the revenue technology stack, including our CRM, sales engagement tools, and AI-enabled solutions.

· Define and maintain accurate performance metrics, dashboards, and insights for Sales and GTM stakeholders.

· Drive data integrity, compliance, and actionable analytics across all platforms.

Senior Leadership support

· Act as a strategic partner to Senior (Commercial) leadership, advising on territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, and deal reviews.

· Prepare and develop board presentations.

· Prepare QBRs (set agenda, operating format, follow-up).

· Select and implement / lead the adoption of new tools and processes that drive uniformity, process governance, general productivity and performance visibility

· Build a Customer Cube and online archive for audits.

· Grow the team as the company’ scales.

About you:

7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or a similar role in B2B SaaS or a high-growth, multi-stakeholder environment.

· Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, CoM, Challenger, SPIN), funnel management, and GTM motion.

· Experience creating and managing sales content and enablement programs.

· Strong analytical mindset, confident working with performance data, forecasts, and dashboards.

· Hands-on CRM expertise (HubSpot) and sales tech familiarity.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

· Able to think strategically but act tactically.

· Comfortable in a fast-moving, working with teams and team members working hybrid, on-site and remote.
