About the Role  

We are the market leading QHSE SaaS solution in the market, with over 1000 clients worldwide and growing fast. In order to maintain our growth we are opening this role to help our expansion across Europe.

You will be joining the Customer Success team – where we are dedicated to implement our software for our customers and we want to ensure that they can experience the maximum added value of the software.

What you'll do: 
  • When you join us, you’ll be responsible for large implementation projects, always together with a Business Consultant to deliver the project. You will be involved in various projects across industries.

    · You will be responsible for planning, executing and finalising projects within the agreed scope, schedule and budget. This is all managed by you in our Project Management tool.

    · You will act as the key person between the our customer and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, risk management and a seamless workflow throughout the project lifecycle.

    · You will also take on the role of a Sales Engineer and help our Sales department with tailored demo’s for prospects, technical insights & advice, service & time estimations.

    · Ensure seamless handovers to Support and document lessons learned post-project.

What you'll bring:
  • You are passionate about delivering high-quality projects, driving customer success, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

    · You have experience in project management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

     

    · You can work independently but do have a hands-on and team player mentality.

    · Strong time management and organisational skills are essential.

    · A commercial spirit and thrive is a plus.

    · You are open and communicative and can build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    · You are fluent in Dutch and English, if you have French, Italian or German this would be awesome … but let’s not be greedy!

    · You love to go the extra mile to delight your customers and deliver results.
