As a Sales Engineer, you form the bridge between Sales and Customer Success. You support the commercial team with in-depth product and market knowledge and translate the technical needs of customers into compelling solutions. You understand both the business challenges of the customer and the technical capabilities of our products and services.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Key Responsibilities

· You will work closely with the Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.

You will analyze customer needs and translate them into a custom-made demo.

You will give product demos and presentations about our implementation methodology to prospects.

You will answer technical questions during the Sales process

You will also make service & time estimations based on the conversations you had with the prospect. Sales will integrate your input into the quotations.

You can give input for product improvements based on customer feedback to the Product team.

Staying up-to-date with market developments, competitors and changing needs of the market.

Collaboration with our internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) is key in this role.
ABOUT YOU

You have experience in a technical and/or commercial role (pre-sales, sales engineer, …)

You have strong communication skills, both technical and commercial and you are customer and solution-focused. You are able to explain complex, technical matters clearly.

You can work independently but do have a hands-on and team player mentality.

You are good in time management and organizational skills are essential.

You love to go the extra mile to delight our prospects and deliver results.

Willingness to visit customers if necessary.

You are fluent in Dutch and English, but French and German is a big plus!
