As a Sales Engineer, you form the bridge between Sales and Customer Success. You support the commercial team with in-depth product and market knowledge and translate the technical needs of customers into compelling solutions. You understand both the business challenges of the customer and the technical capabilities of our products and services.
Preferably you have a strong affinity with the Quality Management and Health, Safety, and Environmental knowledge domains.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Key Responsibilities

Collaboration with our internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) is key in this role.

You will analyze customer needs and translate them into a custom-made demo.

You will give product demos and presentations about our implementation methodology to prospects.

You will answer technical questions during the Sales process

You will also make service & time estimations based on the conversations you had with the prospect. Sales will integrate your input into their quotations.

You are expected to give input for product improvements based on customer feedback to the Product team.

Stay up-to-date on market developments, competitors and changing needs in the market.
ABOUT YOU
-
You have experience in a technical and/or commercial role (pre-sales, sales engineer, solutions engineer,…)

You have a strong affinity with the Quality Management and Health, Safety, and Environmental knowledge domains

You have strong communication skills, are able to get your point across in both technical and commercial terms, and you are customer and solution-focused. You are able to explain complex, technical matters clearly.

You can work independently but do have a hands-on and team player mentality.

You are good at time management and have adequate organizational skills.

You love to go the extra mile to delight our prospects and deliver the results they need.

Willingness to travel and visit customers, when necessary.

You are fluent in Dutch and English, and French and German are a big plus!
