About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital & Content Marketing Manager to shape and grow the Bizzmine brand across all touchpoints. In this role, you will combine leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring that our brand identity, storytelling, and customer experiences are consistent, impactful, and measurable. You’ll play a key role in driving both brand awareness and customer engagement, while working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and Product.

What will you do?

Strategic Responsibilities
- Define and safeguard the brand identity (visual, content, cultural) to ensure consistency across markets.
- Lead brand positioning and storytelling, including thought leadership, customer advocacy, and branded content.
- Drive PR and partner communication to build visibility, reputation, and market authority.
- Anticipate cultural, design, and technology trends to keep the brand future-proof and innovative.
- Ensure the brand is lived internally through employer branding, onboarding, and internal campaigns.
- Develop governance frameworks and align with leadership to embed brand strategy into business strategy.
- Design memorable brand experiences at events and trade shows, from booth concepts to visitor journeys.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to guarantee that all paid campaigns and digital initiatives reflect brand identity and creative direction.

Operational / Hands-on Responsibilities
- Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, case studies, and social media.
- Manage and optimize owned digital channels (website, blog, social, email, paid media) to grow reach and engagement.
- Own the SEO strategy and ensure on-page, technical, and content optimisation.
- Execute and track performance marketing activities in close collaboration with the Performance Marketing Manager.
- Develop and adapt sales enablement materials (quotations, decks, demo scripts) to ensure consistency and persuasiveness.
- Define and monitor brand KPIs (awareness, NPS, engagement, share of voice) and deliver actionable insights.
- Step in to design or adapt visuals, decks, and campaign assets when design resources are limited.
Reporting Line
This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and collaborates closely with the Campaign Manager and Performance Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are both brand-consistent and performance-driven.

About you

Background & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in brand, content, or marketing strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS, IT, or technology-driven companies.
- Proven track record in building and scaling brand identity across multiple channels and markets.
- Experience leading brand positioning, storytelling, and content development (blogs, whitepapers, videos, case studies, social).
- Strong background in digital marketing, including SEO strategy and performance marketing collaboration.
- Experience with PR, events, and employer branding initiatives is a strong plus.
- Mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills.

Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate brand vision into actionable campaigns and measurable KPIs.
- Hands-on content creation and design skills (copywriting, visual adaptation, presentation design).
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and convert them into insights for brand growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. German or Dutch is a plus.
- Experience in content strategy, SEO, organic social media, and website management to grow reach and engagement.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CMS systems, design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and analytics platforms.

- Creative and innovative, with a strong sense for cultural, design, and technology trends.
- Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customers and Product.
- Comfortable operating both strategically (long-term brand building) and tactically (executing campaigns, creating assets).
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a scale-up environment with limited formal structures.
Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
