Sylphar initially deployed BizzMine to replace the existing complaints database with a more flexible and easier to maintain complaints follow-up system. In the meantime, document management for QMS has also been integrated and the processes for management of CAPAs and approval of Advertising and Promotion POs are in place.
Sylphar has chosen BizzMine because of its intuitive approach and the wide range of possibilities. The fact that one software package contains several applications has the great advantage that people can work efficiently in terms of investment and training. Thanks to the fairly simple interface and the wide range of possibilities, BizzMine is a user-friendly application.
The implementation of the software went very smoothly thanks to the good guidance of Malaika and Jordy. And since the first process was so close to a process in the BizzMine demo version, there was time to get to know the system.
