As a company with multiple sites in different countries, we needed 1 central platform. With BizzMine we can seamlessly manage and align our certifications for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 across all our sites.
1 central platform for many locations

Our Polymers and Engineered Solutions businesses use BizzMine to digitally manage our QHSE processes. As a company with multiple sites in different countries, we needed 1 central platform. With BizzMine we can seamlessly manage and align our certifications for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 across all our sites. Our users in Belgium, France, Italy and China can use the software in their preferred language, which is a big plus.

In BizzMine, we keep all our Quality, Environment, Safety and Sustainability (QHSE) documents. Our processes for managing external and internal audits, Management of Change (MoC), internal non-conformances, customer and supplier complaints, risks and opportunities, meetings, actions, and a number of product developments have been automated with the software.

The initial processes were configured by the BizzMine team working with us. Currently, we continue to customize the workflows and in the next phase we will work on new workflows ourselves. Even without great IT knowledge, you can easily model your own processes in the software.


A sustainable solution for the future

For us, BizzMine is the backbone where all our QHSE and sustainability data is centralised. Having this evidence in one place allows us to prepare for audits more efficiently. Continuity when moving one site to another is also ensured as everything is reconciled across sites. In addition, leverage plays an important role: once a workflow is in place, we can implement the same process at multiple sites. Indirectly, BizzMine wins back easily.
