About the Role

Germany is a strategic growth market for Bizzmine. We are already seeing strong traction and want to build on that momentum by strengthening our local presence, increasing market relevance and engaging more closely with German prospects.

We are looking for someone who combines the creativity and market understanding of a Field Marketer with the commercial curiosity and customer focus of a Business Developer.

You will play an important role in growing Bizzmine’s presence in Germany. On the Marketing side, you will localise campaigns, activate the market, build relevant industry and media relationships, and identify opportunities to bring Bizzmine closer to our target audience. On the business development side, you will engage directly with prospects, follow up on inbound demand and turn market interest into qualified business opportunities.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to shape how we approach the German market. You will work closely with our Global Field Marketing Manager and Global BDR Manager, supported by our wider international Marketing and BDR team.

The role can be based in Germany, the Netherlands or Belgium, with remote and hybrid working options available.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Field Marketing & Market Development

Build and execute local market activation initiatives that strengthen Bizzmine’s presence and pipeline in Germany.
Help establish a strong German inbound demand engine through localised campaigns, content, webinars, events and other market-specific activities.
Localise global campaigns, messaging and marketing assets to reflect German buyer needs, terminology and market dynamics.
Build relationships with relevant German media outlets, industry associations, communities and professional networks to strengthen Bizzmine’s local visibility and credibility.
Identify and support high-value German events, trade shows, webinars and other opportunities to engage our target audience and generate demand.
Support targeted Account-Based Marketing activities for selected DACH accounts.
Gather market intelligence on prospects, competitors, industry developments and buyer needs, feeding insights back into the wider Marketing and BDR teams.
Work closely with Global Field Marketing on local market strategy, events, campaign activation and regional priorities.

Business Development & Pipeline Generation

Follow up and qualify inbound leads, turning market interest into high-quality discovery calls and business opportunities.
Execute targeted outbound activities across priority German accounts using email, LinkedIn, calls and structured outreach sequences.
Engage directly with prospects to understand their challenges, identify potential fit and create relevant conversations for Bizzmine.
Collaborate with the Global BDR team on prospecting, qualification, outreach best practices and pipeline development.
Ensure a strong connection between local marketing activity and prospect follow-up so that generated demand translates into commercial opportunities.
Track performance across inbound and outbound activities, including leads, discovery calls, opportunities and pipeline contribution.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Field Marketing, Business Development, Sales Development or a similar commercially focused role.
Fluent German is essential, both written and spoken, as this role works directly with the German market. Good professional English is required for collaboration within our international team. Additional languages are a plus.
Experience in B2B SaaS, technology or another complex B2B environment would be an advantage.
A strong commercial mindset and genuine interest in both Marketing and Business Development.
Confidence engaging directly with prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, events and face-to-face conversations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A good understanding of the German business environment and how local buyers prefer to engage.
A hands-on mindset and the motivation to turn ideas into action.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
Confidence working independently whilst collaborating closely with an international team.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation or sales engagement platforms would be an advantage.
