Customer Support Engineer

You will play a key role in our Customer Success team, partnering with clients during the support phase of our software to ensure our customers are being helped the best possible way with questions about our software.

You will be the link between the Customer and the Technical team for issues that are more technical.

In January 2023, BizzMine welcomed Vario and Inception to become an ambitious digital player in the QHSE industry - you will be joining a fast growing SaaS scale up with huge European growth ambitions!

What will you do?

  • You’ll be an integral part of our Customer Success team, supporting our clients with the use of the BizzMine/VARIO software.
  • You will be the key point of contact for functional support questions from our customers. You will help them by analysing their needs and think about the best possible solution and improvements in their setup.
  • You will be the link between the customers and our technical team for more technical and IT-related problems.
  • You will work with ServiceHub by HubSpot to communicate with our clients.
  • You'll work collaboratively with our fast-growing team and partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure top class customer experience!

About you

  • You have a keen interest in technology and software.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and can identify real opportunities to add value.
  • You'll have genuine customer empathy and love to help people.
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English (French is a +).
  • You are very organised.
  • A background or experience as a support engineer are a big plus.
  • You are self-motivated and are able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • You have a thirst for knowledge and growth in a scale-up environment.
