You will play a key role in our Customer Success team, partnering with clients during the software implementation phase to ensure they are effectively onboarded and BizzMine is set up for maximum business impact.

You will report into our Customer Success Manager, Jordy. He will invest in your growth and will ensure that you have the tools and training to execute successfully.

What will you do?

You’ll be an integral part of our Customer Success team, supporting our clients to configure the BizzMine software by working very closely with them during the software implementation phase.
You will be the key point of contact during this phase and you will use your project management skills to ensure that our solution is effectively implemented with the customer.
You will analyse the customers current situation and be able to translate this into a process within the BizzMine application, ensuring alignment and optimisation.
You'll work collaboratively with our fast growing team and partner with Sales to ensure top class customer experience!
You’ll work closely with Jordy who has worn lots of different hats during his 15 year career with BizzMine from developer, to implementation consultant and now leading the customer success team.
What about progression at BizzMine? Following the awesome work you’re going to do in this role, you could evolve to a sales engineer or focus more on customer success. We have a culture of internal promotion. 😊

You speak and write fluent French and English (Dutch is a +).
