Sales Executive

As an ambitious digital player in the QHSE industry, we already have more than 1000 clients worldwide today. This gives you plenty of case studies to share with your prospects.

You will have many opportunities to develop your sales skills and help convince companies in various sectors of the benefits of our software that improves quality, safety, prevention and health at work.

You will be joining a GROWING sales team. We have successfully recruited a number of exceptional sales talent and now we are looking to accelerate revenues. This is where you come in.

What will you do?

  • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from qualifying and converting inbound leads and active prospecting to closing deals.
  • You will work closely with both our founder, Peter, and our new CRO to execute our growth mission.
  • You will work with our fast-growing Sales and Customer Success team to ensure a first-class customer experience.
  • You will continuously strive to improve your sales development process and be willing to implement best practices.

About you

  • You have 3+ years of experience managing the full lifecycle of sales with a track record of success.
  • You have experience selling software and understand its complexity.
  • You have the ability to speak to and manage a sales process with senior leadership teams.
  • You are organized and possess strong time management skills.
  • Your written & verbal communication skills are excellent.
  • You are self-motivated and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Any knowledge of Value Selling sales methodologies would be awesome.
  • We use HubSpot. Maybe you also have some experience with the platform?
  • Your native language is Dutch. You are also very fluent in French (preferably bilingual Dutch/French) and English.
